 Musical Theatre

We put more importance on performance experience than exam results here at AMT. Whilst syllabus work is important in its own right, the benefits of experiencing non-syllabus classes are invaluable.

We believe that nothing compares to actually getting on stage and learning the craft. Find out about our past productions.

“There are shortcuts to happiness, and dancing is one of them!” Vicki Baum
“I love acting, it is so much more than real life”
Oscar Wilde

“I do not sing because I am happy; I am happy because I sing” William Martin

Musical theatre themed dance sessions take the techniques learned in ballet and modern and blend them with the vocal and expressive elements from drama and singing to create well-rounded performers.
